  2. I thought i had such a good idea for a present for my wife for our 2nd wedding anniversary. We drive down a road that in summer is full of wispy white seeds carried on the wind which she thought looked like cotton. I thought getting the plant that did this for our 'cotton' anniversary was unusually imaginative. Problem is i think it was dandelions!! So does anyone know of a plant that will thrive in the UK that exhibits this kind of behavior?
